Great place to stay. Location was so close to everything we wanted to go too and if it was too far Ubers and cabs were everywhere. Very quiet neighborhood with some really good restaurants. Great Condo and all the extras were a nice surprise. Everyone was extremely helpful. I would stay here again and will highly recommend.

The house was great, beautiful inside and out. Very well maintained. The upper suite is beautiful. Really satisfied overall, it was definitely a great proximity to everything.

Absolutely loved the place! It was peaceful, quiet & the neighborhood was friendly. Really close to pretty much everything lol. We got everywhere in about 10-20 minutes or less. The place is cozy, well decorated and very clean.

What a gem of a house right there in a safe, convenient, and charming neighborhood. Easy to get to, pristinely clean, and spacious. Lots of lovely details and thoughtful touches left out by our thoughtful host, who was completely available to us while not being in our hair. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Overall the property was great. Very clean, all the necessities provided (like toiletries and basic kitchenware). Property was renovated and quite new. Location is .1 mi to the French quarter, an easy walk through the business district or a very short drive.

I would give this apartment a 5 stars for customer service. Our host was so attentive and helpful. She met us in the lobby even though we were late getting there and explained everything completely. She was always just a text or phone call away and immediately responsive. The unit was clean and as shown in the listing.

#### Fabulous Accommodations, Perfect Vicinity

We absolutely loved this experience and it's now added to our rotation of places to stay when visiting the Gulf Coast region. The unit was gorgeous, updated, and well stocked. Everything was exactly as pictured down to the view from the balcony. It was a little chilly, so we didn't get to sit out there as planned, but we enjoyed the time we did spend. It was close enough to the French Quarter, the outlet mall, and other attractions that we were able to walk or catch a cheap Uber, but far enough that we didn't get much noise of party-goers or heavy traffic. We will definitely be back!

#### AMAZING HOME

This property was amazing and the host was amazing and friendly. Everything was in the distance. Great restaurant and atmosphere. Nice romantic getaway or family spot. Very beautiful and detailed. I'm staying here again.
