IAfter an extremely long day of driving from Savanah,Georgia we arrived at this Comfort Inn in Slidell, La. What a blessing to arrive to a clean room. I found the beds very comfortable, even the pillows were nice. Checkin in and checking out was a breeze. Although we didn’t partake of the free breakfast I did stop by for some coffee. The breakfast offerings were standard. Plenty of selections.
Room was very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. The only thing that was not beyond expectation was that we had trouble changing temperature in the room. Heat was set on 71 and couldn't be changed. AC was set on 69 and couldn't be changed.
The room was kept clean which is greatly appreciated.
Staff was friendly and the breakfast bar was kept clean and very well stocked with the attendant being friendly.
