Excellent guest services. Could use more handicap parking. Very hard to get you turn off guase Blvd. You have to know you are traveling through parking lots behind McDonald's to get there

We arrived and check in went great. One of our rooms weren’t ready (which we were checking in at 5pm so it should have been ready). Anyway we rented two rooms. One room was great. Updated and up to par. The other had 3 cockroaches in it AFTER it was supposedly cleaned. Called front desk and he said he would be up to spray. After 15mins he never showed. Called front desk again and he searched and found us a better room on a different floor. That room was ok. Staff was extremely helpful. Cleanliness was ok. Once we got our second room at least.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, but the smell in rooms were horrible. The carpet is old and everything need to be updated. I did switch rooms just to verify that the room I had was not the problem. Both rooms did have the same odor.
