Tasteful, upscale renovation recently completed in 2022 with top-of-the-line finishes. Around the corner from CVS and Rouses, as well as several local food spots and bars! You are also right next to the Lafitte greenway, which is a great trail for running and biking and can take you directly to the French Quarter! You will love this apartment, and you will love this location, absolutely perfect for monthlong stays. Do not miss out! The Space: Brand New renovation in 2022 This is the BEST location in New Orleans! The neighborhood also has plenty of outdoor recreational space, with quick access to City Park, Bayou St. John, New Orleans Museum of Art, Fairgrounds, and the Lafitte Greenway. Old-growth oak trees line popular thoroughfares, like Bienville, Banks and Canal streets. If you get hungry, you're just a short walk away from some of the best food in New Orleans :Angelo Brocato, Bayou Beer Garden, Bevi Seafood Co., Brown Butter, Clesi’s, Finn McCool’s Irish Pub, Katie’s, and Mandina’s. Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure.
