Located in the heart of Mid City, you will be close to some of the best walkable bars and restaurants and across from Lafitte Greenway, a 2.6-mile bicycle and pedestrian trail and green corridor connecting neighborhoods from Armstrong Park to City Park. Hop on a nearby streetcar and you’ll find yourself in the heart of the French Quarter and Bourbon Street in less than 10 minutes. With 5+ beds, the elegant townhouse is ideal for family gatherings, special occasion celebrations, and big family reunions.

Everything was great. Area was safe and clean. Close to food and other things to do. The place could use some additional cups, plates and such because there was only enough for about 4 people to eat. We got some disposable plates and cups to use while we were there. We would stay there again.
This condo is roomy and in a great location. Some details made the stay less than perfect. See list

Lack of cleanliness
This unit was filthy. I took pictures and messaged management. I was told someone will come to clean. Which meant they would clean how they've been cleaning when then unit needs a DEEP CLEANING. THE FLOORS ARE GROSS. CANT WALK IN SOCKS OR SHOES WITHOUT THEM TURNING BLACK. Like step out the shower into shoes or your feet will be black before u get to room. Shower curtain has mold. Visible dirt on walls in corners on furniture. Couch had to HUGE stains. Not sure who is maintaining this unit but they NEED TO BE RETRAINED.
Listing is accurate. Plenty of space for a group visit with good bedroom flexibility for different combinations. Location in mid-city is great with easy access to restaurants, beer gardens, City Park, the bayou, groceries, etc. a few suggestions: add more glassware (very limited), provide a couple dish towels, need hangers in the closets, and install blackout curtains in master bedroom. Unlike most of New Orleans, the block has great street lighting, which is welcome, but curtains in master aren’t quite light blocking enough to darken fully. Those are all just ideas for making a great stay even better. We’ll be back.

The property is only about 3 miles from the French Quarter. Several restaurants within walking distance. A grocery store a half mile away. This location was easy to get to in the city and traffic was minimal.
