  • Completely renovated historic cottage right off Magazine Street in the heart of the Lower Garden District awaits you! Steps to some of the best bars, restaurants, and shops in the city, our cottage gives you that great neighborhood vibe while still being just a stone's throw from all the action downtown. We pride ourselves on the quality of our property and live right around the corner and are always ready to assist with any issues as they arise.

    Once you enter our renovated cottage, you'll feel right at home! This cottage has an inviting living room with a sleeper sofa, two chairs, television (with Netflix, Hulu, YouTubeTV, etc!) and leads directly into our dine in kitchen with all new appliances and everything you could need to make yourself right at home.

    You'll have the whole house. Its free standing so no shared tenants or anything like that.
