"Everything about the hotel was fabulous. All staff were friendly, welcoming and polite. Good location. Breakfast was fantastic with a great selection of food and drinks. Plenty of shops and bars around the hotel. Convenient location for the coop live arena and the Etihad Stadium. All in all a great place to stay. "Rooms were stylish and trying to keep in with Manchester heritage. However, the look made it seem unfinished, with plastered walls and broken tiles trying to create that working/factory/industrial look. The bathroom door needed planing that’s for sure as it wouldn’t shut easy. Walk in wet floor showers are nice, though the glass wall is short so water can leak out onto the wood floor if not careful. Good location though, not right in the night time heart but a short walk away. City centre also a short walk away."
