The property itself is nicely decorated, very clean and had what I needed. The bed was comfortable with quality linens and towels! My host was great and very responsive when I had issues with the keyless entry, which seemed to be malfunctioning. There was also an alarm that went off twice one early morning (3 and 4am) and once the second morning, but I could not find where it was coming from. I was mostly frustrated by the communication through the company, Evolve. I could not check my trip status as they had 1-111-1111 for my phone number? The email communication about how and when to get the key code was not consistent through Evolve and I had to go through Expedia to find information. Once I was in direct contact with my host all was fine and I did enjoy my stay there!
