Highlander Hotel

"Nice place to stay. Staff were very efficient at delivering food in the dinning room. There was zero waiting time. Amazing. Room was very spacious and well appointed. Only down side was tge shower was scalding hot, I couldn't find a happy medium and didn't want a burnt head so left washing my hair. Room was abit too warm for me. Apart from that lovely."

"Surprised with BagPiper at onsite dinner restaurant…. Simply best in Scotland. Service, food & drinks outstanding. Great well kept location and Old World charm."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only slight fault is that those working were extremely busy and so service was a bit slower. This is not unique to this hotel, we have found this in other places. Just a shortage of staff. But those there couldn't have done more to provide their service."

"Nice place to stay for a couple of nights. Bed very comfortable. Walking distance to shops town."
Macdonald Aviemore Hotel

"The 'Aviemore' hotel block is dated but despite this the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. We used the pool with our kids however the water was very cold and we didn't stay long. The whole resort has plenty to offer and is good for a family stay but it could do with some areas being refreshed soon."
