However, this is the second time I have stayed here and unfortunately the steam room in the spa area was not working again. That was disappointing because one of the reasons I chose this hotel was to enjoy the spa facilities after a long day. Aside from that issue, the staff were pleasant and the hotel itself is beautiful. I just hope the steam room is repaired soon so guests can fully enjoy the amenities the hotel advertises."
