Met our needs in terms of comfort and access, with friendly service as well. Don’t know if there is a way to the second floor other than stairs. Our room was near some utility making noise. We would stay again.

It is very clean and although the building looks a little dated, the room we were in looks recently renovated and freshly painted. The bed was comfortable and the staff friendly

Love that rooms (at least with pets) have non carpeted rooms. This seems to allow rooms to be cleaner, smell fresher than carpeted rooms. Well insulated rooms .. only slight noise heard from upstairs neighbors. AC unit/heat worked very well and not horribly noisy. We will definitely stay here next time we are through Nephi!

Loved the staff & the original oatmeal. Thank you. I was concerned about the toilet flushing fully. Otherwise, comfortable beds after driving long hours and being not very young. Staff, fantastic customer service. Thank you again for making a hard trip family wise, a bit easier.

The pet room had hardwood floors and was very clean and clean smelling! Best Western knows how to accommodate its pet guests AND the pets' owners, unlike some other hotels that have carpeting in their pet rooms and which stink of urine and just feel filthy! The room was very comfortable and nice. The staff person was kind.

We checked in went to the room, saw how dirty it was and left to another hotel. There were boogers on the light switch, toilets and bathtub were dirty, fingerprints on every door jamb, trim pieces were falling off and sheetrock was laying on the floor.

I am so sorry that you found these conditions. Our rooms are inspected after they are cleaned and there should NEVER have been even one of the things you described.
