"This is the most amazing hotel and I can’t wait to return. It was just 10 minutes from the airport. We took advantage of the hotel shuttle.
The breakfast was fantastic and you got the chance to try food that you wouldn’t normally eat. This was the highlight of my day.
The staff were so lovely yet very professional. They seemed to work all day long. I just wish they had worn name badges because it was difficult to recognise them wearing their masks.
The staff were great at controlling the sunbed area and would remove towels if left by people. I only wish more hotels did this.
The location was brilliant. Literally 20 steps from the Caldera sunset views and the centre of all the action. Bars were literally on the doorstep but located at the start so it was away from any noise (save for the cathedral bells on Sunday).
We loved Iriana and The Vine which are opposite each other on the main stretch next to the big white church. It was great having a cocktail and watching the sunset in each bar. The staff in both bars were lovely.
The only pieces of constructive criticism I would give is that there is a lack of drawer space in the rooms. Although there is plenty of hanging space there were not enough hangers. There was nowhere to put your underwear or costumes etc.
Also, the doors slam shut which often disturbed your sleep. I know the hotel can’t be responsible for disrespectful guests.
