Lock the doors and return the keys
Do not take off bed covers when stripping beds. Only sheets and pillow cases
Notify on checkout day that you have left. The cleaner will arrive just after for the next party.
On the day of checkin please let us know your arrival time. If early check in is available your code will be provided for entry.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
