Palermo is an easy bus ride away, and there are fantastic restaurants nearby. I would particularly like to call out the hotel staff for being immensely helpful. They moved our room after our first night because the people in the room above us were so loud we could hear everything. The rooms are nice but have some drawbacks: in order to have your windows open to get fresh air at night, the room is flooded with all the uplighting surrounding the hotel. The windows have wooden shutters inside which means in order to block out the light, you must close the windows and then close the wooden shutters. Most of all, I arrived there to realize I had booked the wrong night (the one before). I was basically a no show for my actual booking. But they were so so kind and really tried all they could to honor my booking. Because the hotel was full they ultimately put us in a bigger room and we had to pay a 50$ difference but hey, they could have kindly ask for the price of the full night again! "The hotel has a beautiful view and is located in a lovely, peaceful area of Palermo, about 15–20 minutes from the town centre. It features a nice outdoor swimming pool, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.
The only aspect that could be improved is the breakfast, which is quite basic.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this place if you prefer a quiet stay away from the busy city centre and want to enjoy stunning views."
