We certainly pride ourselves in the experience & professional service of our very friendly staff, hence thank you for acknowledging that.The FREE breakfast you got is something that we've just thrown in since May this year when we reopened our restaurant. It's just a touch for those keen and adventurous guests who always leave early in the morning for their respective activities. It doesn't have a value in the rate you paid.We are for sure not for those who are after a luxury getaway but comfort. Also the rate we offer on our website is way less than what you'd paid for on this site.Lastly, in case you aren't aware we've just taken over the lodge and we agree that most of our facilities desperately needs love & attention. We are committed to improving all this.Thank you!

Hello there, please tell me the day you booked I need to find out who you dealt with. Also if you cancelled within 48 hours of arrival there is no charge other there is a one night charge for all bookings that cancel within 48 hours of booking. Regards Bruce
