"Un hotel sencillo, tranquilo y sin pretensiones, pero que cumple muy bien con aquello que realmente importa. El servicio es discreto, atento y amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Se agradece especialmente la disponibilidad de un buen café y de algo ligero para comer, sin costo adicional, un detalle que suma mucho a la estancia. La habitación estaba impecable, con sábanas muy limpias, una cama realmente cómoda y excelentes almohadas. También merece destacarse la climatización: en pleno verano madrileño, con temperaturas que alcanzaban los 46 grados, el aire acondicionado funcionaba estupendamente, tanto en la habitación como en los pasillos y las zonas comunes. Muy buena limpieza en general, ambiente agradable y una excelente ubicación. Un hotel que demuestra que no hace falta ser pretencioso para ofrecer una estancia cómoda, cuidada y agradable. Volvería sin ninguna duda."

"This was a phenomenal boutique hotel. It was boutique in feel, but large enough to still be activated by people and full enough to be fun. We enjoyed our stay there, walked to various attractions in downtown Madrid, the neighborhood was safe and fun. I would return here again and highly recommended to my family and friends."
