"This community is great for families! The townhome was updated, clean and spacious. It’s a little of a walk to the beach club so I would recommend renting a car or golf cart to have for that and travel to the grocery. The ocean views and beach club area are amazing!"

"Everything in the home was new, from the hair dryer to the dishes. We were able to cook each night in the kitchen, the house was clean and lovely. Duran, our host, was always available and super helpful. It was our first time in the Bahamas and we will definitely go back!"

"Eddie was an incredible host, and his house was perfect for our family of six. It was our first time in Nassau and we would absolutely stay at the property again. Direct views of the ocean and sunrise, and convenience to grocery stores. The neighborhood feels safe and was quiet throughout the week, but still only a short car drive to busier Bay Street area. "We loved staying at this beautiful location. We had a private beach for our unit, which was well maintained and had beautiful shallow bays to play frisbee and wade in the water. The palm cay marina had a Starbucks cafe and the most amazing restaurant pink octopus which we ate at almost everyday. The community felt safe and was well kept by staff. "Great property just a short drive from the airport and right next to Sandals. Easy walk to Cable Beach and a variety of restaurants. Just a 10 minute walk up the road to Baja Mar for more restaurants and casino! This property is clean and well priced! I spoke/texted the manager a few times and she responded immediately. We set up pick up from and drop of to the airport as well ! Would totally stay here again!!"

"Communication with these guys are horrible, never stayed at the location due to office being close before checking in time and tried calling the number on Hotels.com and that number was not in service. Had hotels.com track the owner down and still no resolution. My recommendation, stay far away "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well appointed condo. Directly on the beach, it slept the 6 of us comfortably. The beach is almost private and it's very close to the marina and beach club which are both very nice. The restaurant is very nice as well. About 20 minutes to Atlantis, and 30 minutes to Baha Mar, it was easy for us to drive there in the evenings for dinner and fun. If you are looking for serene resort to stay away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place for you."

"Everything about this stay was absolutely amazing!! There were 9 of us and I'm not sure we have anything to actually complain about! The house was exactly as described, the primary bedroom (on second floor) was great with the most amazing views, nice ensuite and lots of space. 2nd bedroom on that floor was large as well, big bed, lots of storage,. "Angela was a great host! Just a quick phone call away for whatever we needed during our stay. The house is great, 3 good size bedrooms. We were 6, 2 young daughters (4and 6) me and my wife, and grandparents. It had plenty of space for all of us. The pool is great for kids and adults as well haha. Location is good, just a 4 minute drive to Goodman's Bay beach, and 10 minutes to downtown Nassau. Highly recommend for a family, and Angela is a great host!"

"Stunning home in a quiet very safe neighbourhood just a block form Saunders beach. Sonja the host even took us shopping for groceries after we checked in. The home is spacious, well appointed especially the kitchen. The pool and grounds are amazing. The very best VRBO out of many that we have rented over the years in many places.
