All the dishes needed to be rinsed before use. The 3rd floor master bathroom could use a good scrub and paint. It is worth noting that there are a lot of stairs so something to be considered if that would be a challenge for you or anyone in your party. The final thing to note, and this is hopefully a temporary disruption, but for the near future at least … there is full blown demo / construction happening across the street. Though this is understandably outside of the hosts controls, it is very loud and pretty consistent daily from as Early as 6:30am ( which was our biggest complaint- why such an early start ) straight through until 5 or 6pm. Otherwise, it is a comfortable home in a nice location, close to downtown and other great areas of Nashville, and our Host was very responsive. All in all We enjoyed our stay. ##### Shelley S.
