Overall, we had a great time.But for the premium price, there were several things that were disappointing.- Firepits in both townhouses were out of propane when we arrived. After messaging the host, they had refills delivered the second day unannounced while we were out, and they did not inform us when it had been done.- No paper towels or Kleenex in the units. Maybe they're trying to be eco-friendly? But they also only provided a single kitchen towel.- No salt and pepper or other basics for cooking, despite the full kitchen and other gear. You have to buy EVERYTHING you need.- Customer service (via VRBO messaging only, they insist) seemed likely to be a foreign call center or perhaps even AI. They were mediocre, wrote in platitudes, and seemed unaware of the specifics of the property, our stay duration, etc.- In general, it felt like a mini-hotel run by a big corporation.
