There is a private one-car garage available to you for each unit (two total for your group). Any other vehicles we recommend parking in a nearby pay garage. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). View of the city nice with the rooftop deck. The driveway and area to get into the garage is narrow and only allowed for parking 2 cars per house. If we had known the driveway and area outside the garage was so narrow, we would have rented smaller vehicles. Also the trash pickup outside the house from the previous occupants wasn't picked up until two days after we checked in and the trash cans were overly full. ##### Ann H.
