The Perfect Hideaway - Plan Your 30 Day Escape

  • Furnished guest house above pool house/garage. New construction. Two bedrooms, two full baths, and open kitchen and living/dining room. Stainless steel appliances, farm sink and custom tile in kitchen and bathrooms. Bathrooms have custom sconces and mirrors.

    There is a parking pad for 2 cars and a completely separate entrance for the apartment. The pool is not included with the space, as it goes with the main house. Washer and dryer available inside the garage.

    The home is located in the heart of 12th South in Nashville, TN. This neighborhood is the trendiest neighborhood in all of Nashville; you'll be close to everything!
