Easy to navigate with a group with clear communication from the owners and a simple door system to access. Short car/Uber ride to tons of fun stuff, not as much in walking distance. The house was beautiful, spacious with very comfy beds! We had a group of 8 and there was plenty of seating for all of us to gather for meals and games. The home was lovely (they have bocce!) and the property managers were amazing. They checked in with us and made sure we had all the pots and pans we needed to cook TG dinner and accommodate our whole group and were just downright wonderful (even brought us a holiday pie!). The place is in a nice, quiet neighborhood outside of downtown, but it's either a quick car ride or a half-hour walk to Broadway. Would definitely recommend! ##### Jonmikel P. My family stayed here for a long weekend and it was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable and the layout was great. And the host was very responsive. Although the main floor is open concept, there is limited seating in the TV area. And the couches are lower to the floor so it's not ideal for seniors because the only "normal" height seating is the kitchen chairs. ##### MArgie K. The house was plenty big enough, with very comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Had some issues with the wifi and tvs but that could just be our lack technical abilities. The area is in transition but we felt comfortable enough walking around during the day. Would definitely recommend the Maple House we had a great time in Nashville. ##### Kim C.
