The Center Stage Loft with a king bed by Music City Loft We proudly own and manage 18 lofts in Downtown Nashville. Our 1 and 2 bedroom lofts are located in the same building, while our 3 bedroom lofts are just a short 2-block walk away. All guests will receive access to our detailed digital guidebook providing our recommendations on music venues, local eats (breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and high end dinners), honky tonks, roof top bars, local retail stores and much more! With our reservations, w​​​​​e offer for purchase two travel insurance options based on your needs to protect against travel, weather or emergency issues should you need to cancel your reservation outside of our cancellation policy. We require a digitally completed and signed rental agreement to be completed prior to arrival and before check in details can be sent along with the name and email address of each guest staying in the property. Standard check in time is 3 pm CT and check out is before 10 am CT. We offer an early check in of 1 pm and a late check out of 12 pm for a $100 fee per time adjustment based on availability. All adjustments must be requested one week prior to check in date. We do NOT have a front desk, office or storage room for storing luggage prior to check in or after check out. LUGGAGE STORAGE: If early check in or late check out is all booked up, not to worry! MCL has partnered with Music City Luggage Locker to provide our guests with safe luggage storage. Conveniently located across the street from our 4th Avenue building (2 blocks from our Bettye properties). Tour Nashville 'baggage free' before check in. Everything was within walking distance. Easy to park in garage next door. The place was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We had no issue with noise and liked the skylights. The room is actually two floors with a large bedroom and a fully functional kitchen. Having a washer and dryer is a great feature that allows you to pack light. The property is a very short block and a half walk to lower Broadway so the location is ideal. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better, right downtown. We were only a few blocks off of Broadway. We didn’t need a car for anything. Take batteries for the remote and be prepared for an adventure when you have to take the trash to the dumpster. Also take eye covers for sleeping because the skylights keep it bright inside. The only windows in the unit are skylights. Yes, I would stay there again. ##### Leslie P. We walked everywhere - had 3 shows to go to at The Ryman and Bridgestone. Many restaurants and bars all around. The place was spacious and perfect for our stay. I was surprised to find no windows but there were skylights. This was an internal unit - I'm guessing the outer units have windows. Just something to note. You could hear other people in the building but they did supply ear plugs and that helped one night in particular. Overall a great find and I'd stay here again. The management was extremely responsive and got in touch with us about an issue before we could reach out to them. ##### ayda s.
