We are in a quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms are upstairs. The home is 1.4 miles to hip/quaint Riverside Village, 3 miles to the heart of East Nashville's Five Points, where you will find all of the best coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and venues. The Space:

A modern, 1284 square foot, two level townhome. Great neighbors and neighborhood.

Upstairs:

Bedroom 1: King sized bed w/en suite full bathroom.

Bedroom 2. Queen sized bed w/en suite full bathroom.



Main Level:

Living Room: Queen sized pull out sofa.

Spacious open kitchen and living room.



Exterior surveillance cameras, and everything else you need for your stay!



LUGGAGE DROP OFF NOT ALLOWED:

While we would love to be able to accommodate luggage drop off requests, there simply isn’t a ‘'holding area” in our home that wouldn’t interfere with our cleaners ability to move freely during their clean. We recommend you contact Stow Station.



The total price of the reservation is based on the nightly rate set by the host, plus fees or costs determined by the host or booking platform. Extra guest fee charged by some hosts for extra guests beyond a set number, which may fluctuate.



How to Reserve an Early Check In or Late Check Out:

An Early Check-In (ECI) or Late Check-Out (LCO) must be pre-arranged prior to check in. Please reach out via the booking platform (Airbnb, VRBO, Direct) to inquire if this is available (for a fee).

In order to provide an ECI, we block the night before your arrival, and charge 1/2 that night's fee, so the property is available for check in at 8am on the day of your arrival.



In order to provide an LCO, we block the night of your departure, and charge 1/2 that night's fee, so the property is available until 5pm on the day of your departure.

DISCLAIMER:

-Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on our property unless pre-approved PRIOR to your stay.

-We have a zero tolerance policy on our property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come & go.

-We have exterior cameras to verify who is entering our home.

-If you exceed your confirmed guest count, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $500 fine.

-Upon confirming your booking, you are subject to our House Rules, which includes this disclaimer.



Guest Access:

Keyless entry means easy check-in! We don't have to wait on each other to coordinate that, I'll simply provide you your code and you can check-in any time after 4pm on check-in day.



The Neighborhood:

Really great and safe part of East Nashville! Minutes from a grocery store, walking distance to a bank, minutes from Riverside Village where you'll have the best sandwich you've ever had at Mitchell's Deli. There's a really cool record shop there, a neat bar with all sorts of games and the best Moscow Mules (and delicious beer) called Village Pub and Beer Garden, and so much more.



Getting Around:

Renting a car is highly recommended if you're wanting to venture out in different areas of Nashville. For going out at night and having a little (or a lot) of fun, use Lyft and/or Uber. I have referral codes for first time users to get some free rides!

Other Things to Note:

** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!



**Please note: Guests who stay 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee of $105. This is NOT included in the pricing you see, but will be an additional add-on fee!



*NO GLITTER. If found through the house, it will result in withholding your deposit. Additionally, please take down all decorations (if you bring them) and any tape used.

I'm often on the road or in recording sessions so sometimes, I'll have my friend Steph, who's an East Nashville local, help out with communication. She'll take great care of you!
