The entire interior has been newly furnished and decorated, so it truly feels like a new space. We are in a quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms are upstairs. The home is 1.4 miles to hip/quaint Riverside Village, 3 miles to the heart of East Nashville's Five Points, where you will find all of the best coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and venues. Uber or Lyft anywhere from our location: Broadway: 4.6 miles, Grand Ole Opry: 6.4 miles, BNA, 11.8 miles, Music Row: 8.8 miles The Space: A modern, 1284 square foot, two level townhome. Great neighbors and neighborhood. Upstairs: Bedroom 1: King sized bed w/en suite full bathroom. Bedroom 2\. Queen sized bed w/en suite full bathroom. Main Level: Living Room: Queen sized pull out sofa. Spacious open kitchen and living room. Exterior surveillance cameras, and everything else you need for your stay! LUGGAGE DROP OFF NOT ALLOWED: While we would love to be able to accommodate luggage drop off requests, there simply isn’t a ‘'holding area” in our home that wouldn’t interfere with our cleaners ability to move freely during their clean. Getting Around: Renting a car is highly recommended if you're wanting to venture out in different areas of Nashville. For going out at night and having a little (or a lot) of fun, use Lyft and/or Uber. My only issues was the back bedroom backs up to the main road and you here the motorcycles, semi’s and firetrucks all night long. I sleep with a sleep app and it could not drown it out. The townhouse was clean, updated and a good location. We were close enough to Broadway and the Gulch to make the commute easy for ‘out-of-towners’.
