Have a stay full of lasting memories with the locals and transplants alike in Nashville's most popular downtown neighborhood! This chic apartment is perfectly located near many of the Nashville hot spots you've heard of. Stay close enough to the action to be the first in line at Biscuit Love or walk to your reservations at some of Nashville's most well-known eateries. Either way, the shops, boutiques, and entertainment will give you ample opportunity to stretch your legs and explore the best of what Nashville has to offer all within a few blocks. You will love your stay in our home and you'll be energized by the neighborhood vibe, we know it!

This apartment features an open-concept dining and living area with a private patio so you can relax from the bustling activity the Gulch offers! To the kitchen's right is a black granite desk, matching the island, if you need to handle some business while you stay with us. You'll love enjoying the patio in between emails!

We provide our guests with a washer/dryer so you can have a blast and not worry about stains on your best 'going out' attire! Laundry may not be fun for everyone, but you can enjoy Nashville easily, knowing you don't have to worry if you need it!

The Master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is to the left of the open-concept living room, with a modern and bright feel and a large walk-in closet setup for your belongings. With ample space for 2, the bed is a plush foam queen with an extra blanket for comfort. Off of the bedroom is the large ensuite bathroom with bright double vanities and a sizable garden tub with a modern subway tile backsplash, big enough for a few people to get ready at the same time!

The guest bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is to the right of the living space, with a sunny view to the patio, has a comfy queen foam bed and a similar-sized closet. It's hard to tell which of these is the master bedroom sometimes!! The second bedroom also connects to an airy (jack and jill) full guest bathroom, providing both bedrooms with their own private bathroom experience.

Perfect spot for Nashville

Beautiful apartment, perfect for 2 couples and location is fantastic. Can walk to all major attractions including Country Music Hall of Fame, the broadway and much better music venues like The station Inn which is 5 mins walk. Excellent Spanish Tapas restaurant also nearby.

Nashvile vacation

We celebrated a birthday with our sisters and had a wonderful time! The Gulch area is centrally located and so much to do in the area. The property we stayed in was perfect for us!

This was a wonderful location and we felt very safe. The directions for getting into the place seemed confusing but once we were able to download the app it went smoothly. Check out was so easy.

Nashville trip for 21st

We enjoyed the spacious and clean Condo in the Gulch! Having a pool to use was a nice addition also. Location was awesome and plenty of great breakfast, lunch and dinner options too!

Clean, convenient, comfortable stay in the Gulch

The property was great, even if a little complicated to get in to, but it was clean, spacious, comfortable and very convenient to eating, shopping, Music Row, downtown and the Honky Tonk Highway.

Great location!

This is a great location to park your car in a gated garage and leave it for your stay. You are surrounded by numerous medium to fine dining options as well as the small coffee shops and bakeries. The accommodations are as described and spotlessly clean. Minutes from the entertainment district. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this property highly

Nashville Gulch - Fantastic stay

The location was great! We really enjoyed staying here. The check-in was a little tricky, but as expected with the security of the complex. The weight room was adequate and although we didn’t see the pool and club area, that was impressive. Will be looking for this place in our upcoming trips.

Great place

We were on a girls trip (4 of us) and it was a great location. A little bit of a walk but still walkable to Broadway. Great locations to eat within the neighborhood. The place was clean with great amenities and even better AC! I’m used to a dry heat but this moist heat required great AC.

First Nashville visit

This property was exactly as the pics and description shows online. The location was great with so many great restaurants close by and about a 20-30 minute walk to Broadway. Amanda gives a very detailed guide of check in instructions and promptly replies to messages. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in Nashville.

Great Gulch getaway

This condo was very clean and spacious enough for 2 couples. Amenities were great. So nice not to have to go buy dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, etc because it was all provided . Huge plus having a washer and dryer in the unit. Street noise can be a little loud on weekends .I always travel with my sound machine so it helped with that.

UT vs Virginia football game

Love the Gulch area. Close enough to Broadway and the Titans stadium but far enough away to sleep peacefully!! Loved the balcony to watch the world go by. Spot on with instructions for the rental unit. Will definitely stay here again!!

Anniversary Getaway!

My husband and I had the BEST time staying in this condo that is just steps away from everything you can imagine and more! The gulch is the only place to stay when coming to Nashville as it is walking distance to everything. This condo was super clean, the owners were very easy to get in contact with as needed and it had all the amenities! I will 100% stay here again when I come back as I do not think there is anywhere else that compares to this condo. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay and incredible experience for my husband and I’s anniversary weekend!!! You will not regret staying here I promise!!!

Smashville overnighter

Best location for a vacation in Nashville

The apartment met all our requirments for our stay in Nashville. The apartment complex had a pool which we used every day. We played pool and shuffle board most nights after a full day visiting the Grand Ole Opry or the honky tonk bars on Broadway. Location was ideal. Easy walking to a variety of restaurants and Broadway st. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we required. Sitting on the balcony in the morning showed the pulse of the Gulch. I highky recoment this unit and i would stay here again. Thanks Amanda.

Nice stay

We really enjoyed the location of this apartment. Amanda, the property manager was excellent to work with and responded to all issues. As long as you follow the directions specifically upon first arrival, it is a smooth stay. The apartment was very clean and perfect for a family of four.If you’re choosing to stay here with people that have difficulty walking or are disabled, one thing to note the apartment is down a long hallway, so there will be a little more walking involved.We also enjoyed the workout facilities, but we were there too early in this season to enjoy the pool. All was very nice and clean and newer looking. The other thing to note is at night time can be loud or very early in the morning with trucks and cars so if you are a light sleeper, you may have some trouble.We would stay here again as the location is nice, easy walk to downtown and food and shopping available.

Fantastic Spot!

Knowing nothing about the Gulch area before arriving, we couldn't believe how nice it was. Everything is pretty, there's great spots to eat and drink, and it was totally safe to walk to Broadway day or night (we were two couples). The wives loved lounding at the pool. The apartment itself was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. A great home base. It can get a little wild/loud on the streets outside on a Friday/Saturday, but that's city life. We would definitely stay there again. Amanda was great to deal with. 10/10 for sure.

Summer '24

This condo was all that we could have wanted, and a bit more. The check-in process is a bit tedious, but that is simply because the building is huge and has security in place. If you follow the instructions step-by-step you will have ZERO problems. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes and silverware. Coffee setup was great with filters/spare coffee. Couch was kinda uncomfortable but we didn't spend a lot of time sitting on it so that was not an issue. Unit had lots of closet space and even left us lots of nice hangers. The location was AWESOME. Close enough to walk downtown but also far enough away to feel removed from the craziness. One block from iconic angel wings mural for a great photo op! Weekend road noise is a bit much but it is Nashville so that is to be expected. Great fans (ceiling and free standing) helped give some white noise. All-in-all a great rental that is central to everything! I'd definitely stay here again, and I am a VERY picky traveler!

Check in process / electronic key entry

The app meant to work as the electronic key did not work for everyone in our party. This made it challenging as we needed to coordinate our actions to always have the person with the working electronic key. The one fob that we were given to allow us entry into the building from the parking garage and street did not work for the majority of our stay. We were unable to procure a physical key and this made our entry and exit to the building and the apt. Inconvenient and stressful. The apt itself was well appointed, clean and comfortable and the location was ideal for our purposes. The logistics surrounding the electronic key , the fob , and the parking made it not worth the trouble it caused us throughout our stay.
