We had a hiccup with one of the bathrooms not having hot water and although it was an inconvenience they were on top of trying to fix it and did discount us some. We were a small group of four 50+year old women so it was plenty spacious and we each got our own bed. It was a winter visit and the weather wasn’t spectacular, but we walked around the neighborhood and to dinner in the dark one night and felt very comfortable. Each bedroom is spacious and decorated simply. There are 2 living spaces which allows for plenty of space for large gatherings. The Nashville Farmer's Market is a short walk down the street and makes for a lovely afternoon. There is not a private 4th bedroom. It is in a living space with an uncomfortable pull out couch. The hot water in one of the showers did not work so we all had to shower in the master bathroom.
