Would sleep 13 comfortably but the living space is a little small for that many but we had 6 and mostly used it as our landing spot between activities! This was a welcome respite at the end of the day. Plenty of space and beds, with enough bathrooms to make getting ready for the day a quick process. The rooftop hot tub offered a great view of the city. We did have to message the host to receive the door code after the 4pm check in time but got a fairly quick response. The shower curtain was also missing in one of the bathrooms, which made the shower unusable, but we were still able to use the bathroom.
