Parking is located behind the property and is accessed off the alley. You can access the alley from Grand Avenue or Tremont Avenue, which are located to the north and south of the property, respectively.

Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Music Row, the heart of Nashville’s music industry! Explore iconic recording studios, discover live music venues, and indulge in delicious Southern cuisine at nearby restaurants. With everything just a short stroll away, you’ll be right in the action of Music City!  
  
Getting Around:  
Many of our guests use Lyft or Uber to travel the short distances needed to get to the main attractions of Nashville, to include the famous Broadway strip. As with any city, there are peak hours, when everyone is traveling, the fees vary but the normal fee within a couple of miles is normally about $6 or so.  
  
Our property is also on a street with a dedicated bike lane, which is great for those looking to hop on one of the many Bird and Lyft scooters easily available on Music Row.   
  
The WeGo Public Transit provides hourly service between downtown and the airport seven days a week. One-way fares between the airport and downtown available $2-6\. In town, WeGo provides bus services in and out of downtown and throughout the city. All day, unlimited-ride passes are also available. Music City Central, the downtown transit station, is located at 400 Charlotte Avenue.

This property is perfectly located in walkable distance to great coffee and cocktails as well as meals. The place is small but perfect for those looking to explore the city and have a retreat in the evening. The bathroom is bright and there are two closets for use to store belongings.

Wife and I visited Nashville for a long weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were able to check in two hours early. Apartment is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Only a short walk to a few bars and roughly a 30 minute walk to downtown. Would highly recommend this place. Will be staying here again on our next visit.

My friend and I were in Nashville to see Billy Joel and Stevie Nicks and wanted a place to stay that was near the venue, we love to walk so didn’t have to be super close. This apartment was great, very updated and clean, really nice to come back to after a long day exploring Nashville. There is a great coffee shop too super close by where we had breakfast multiple days called The Well. Overall loves our stay and would definitely stay again!

This is my second stay because we loved it so much we returned. I will stay here again. Loved the cornhole boards and firepits and outdoor seating area. Apts are a great size and comfortable. The only negative is no cable. You have to have a streaming service for television. But that is minor.

Not really pet friendly. My trained animal did bark but i believe my door was touched. Lies about how long i was gone and i know when i left because i had my gps tracker on. Owner or supervisor felt the need to lay her hands on me. People outside yelling about strippers, babysitters, and door codes past 11, my event didnt actually end till 11 so this was awhile after that. Good luck future renters. And not actually sure where a washer and dryer was located.

This suited our needs perfectly for an "extra bedroom". Charming little apartment with everything you need and super convenient to all the Nashville sights and scenes. Clean, easy communication and was exactly as described.

Everything was good , good location . Only problem was the portable outside fireplace was out of propane all weekend . I would definitely recommend it to friends and would stay there again .

#### Great stay

My wife and I only stayed 1 night on our way through during a 2 wk road trip. The place was easy in/out, plenty of parking, clean and comfortable. We were able to cook dinner and breakfast which was nice. Easy drive down to broadway for a little bar hopping. Something to consider it is in the middle of a college campus so depending on time of visit that may change the atmosphere.

#### Great little place

Nice, quiet location. Walking distance to some eateries & recording studios. Very nice apartment. The only issue we had was that the map on the listing took us to a different location. Once I typed the address into my map, we found it right away. Be prepared to carry luggage up one flight of steps. We really enjoyed our stay, would recommend & stay again.

#### 4 night stay

Location was great, about a mile from Broadway and all the action. We had 4 people and it worked for us, but not a lot of extra space. It was fairly cleaned. To us, the lights were hard to get used to, as they were dimmer lights, but was on a rocker that you had to push several times to turn completely off or on. Overall, it was a great fit.

#### Amazing value phenomena location

Amazing value phenomenal location. I cannot believe we got the rate we did! With Nashville continuing to grow finding a good deal on lodging especially during inflation is getting harder and harder. This place was absolutely breathtaking and the bed was so comfortable
