The property also includes a basement apartment with a separate entrance occupied by a full-time tenant who helps manage Pecan Belle. Any interaction is entirely up to you - they'll respect your privacy but can also be available should you need anything during your stay. Our goal is for you to fully enjoy your time at Pecan Belle!

• Accessibility: Access the home via a small step at the front entrance; the entrance is a short (100 ft) uphill walk from the parking area.
• Driveway: The driveway slopes down from the main street and has drop-offs on either side, so exercise caution while navigating.
• Outdoor Area: Use the beautiful half-acre lot with creek, tree swing, and fenced area at your own risk; ground may be uneven.
• Fire Pit: Seating for 7 available; firewood available for purchase at nearby grocery or convenience store.
• Smart TVs: Guests to provide login credentials for streaming apps; no cable.
• Home Age: The nearly 75-year-old home has charming creaks and imperfections not visible in photos.
• Security: Exterior cameras at front and side doors; no interior cameras.
• Laundry: Washer and dryer located down one flight of stairs in the garage, shared access with the basement tenant.

Our stay at this Vrbo rental was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn’t have been better—convenient to everything we needed while still being in a quiet and relaxing setting. Pecan Bell was more than we even hoped for. It is everything you see in the pictures and more. It is definitely quite and charming. The decor is amazing in the home is spotless! The next time my family of 6 goes to Nashville, we will definitely reach out to our host and book Pecan Belle. Speaking Of our host Laura, she went above and beyond. You can't go wrong with this property! The photo below is of my family at the fire pit roasting marshmallow

#### Perfect place for family vacation!
Pecan Belle was perfect for my family's Thanksgiving stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a holiday meal, and having Kroger nearby for groceries and firewood was handy. The cozy living room was great for coffee and board games, and the house’s vintage style added a unique character. The big backyard with tall trees and a firepit was great for relaxing one afternoon. The location was great. We took nice walks in the historic neighborhood, tried some of the nearby restaurants, and it was just a quick 15 minute drive to downtown. Thank you, Laura, for sharing your lovely home!

We (2 adults) were so impressed with the online listing and even more blown away by the actual property. Quiet, private neighborhood; cute cafe/breakfast spot close enough to walk to (.5 miles).
