About this property

Rooftop fire pit, grill & skyline views | sleeps 12 near Nashville

  • Summary:

Found on VRBO for families and multi-family trips, The Rooftop Record gives your group a private rooftop with a fire pit, grill, and skyline views just a short drive from downtown Nashville.

    • Sleeps 12: 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, including a bunk room for the kids

    • Bathrooms: 4 full baths, no fighting over the mirror

    • Rooftop: fire pit, BBQ grill, and dining for six under string lights

    • Kitchen: marble island with seating so everyone helps cook

    • Bedroom 3: bunk room with 2 queen beds and a Jack & Jill bathroom

    • Living room: sectional and armchairs plus pull-out chairs for extra sleepers

    The Space:

This VRBO listing is built around one thing: a private rooftop deck with a fire pit, grill, and a dining table for six, strung with lights for after dark. It's the kind of space that keeps a big family or multiple families together even when everyone's had a long day of sightseeing.

Downstairs, an open living room with a sectional and armchairs flows straight into a kitchen with a marble island, so whoever's cooking is never stuck away from the group. Four bedrooms give every family or couple their own door to close, from a king suite to a bunk room set up for the kids.

Bedroom 3 is that bunk room, with 2 queen beds arranged bunk style and its own Jack & Jill bathroom, while Bedroom 4 doubles as a getting-ready space with a full-length mirror and dresser for anyone prepping for a night out.

Spend the day exploring Nashville, come back for a grilled dinner and a fire pit hangout under the string lights, then let the kids pile into the bunk room while the rest of the group winds down before splitting off to their own bedroom.

    BEDROOM LAYOUT

Four real bedrooms spread the group across two floors, so multiple families or generations each get their own space while the rooftop and living room keep everyone together.

    • Primary bedroom: 1 king bed

    • First-floor bedroom: 1 queen bed

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy
Property didn’t look like the photos when it came to the furniture it was nasty and the roof top was HORRIBLE!!! The grill I’m sure had t been clean in 2 years and it was extremely filthy!!! I’m a chef and that grill on the rooftop was one of the reasons I picked this location. So me being unable to entertain properly for my daughter’s college graduation was unacceptable. Steve kept making me aware that someone would come through to take care of the nastiness several times but no one did
Stayed 3 nights in May 2026
