This property has an amazing view of the Nashville Skyline. Close enough to walk if need be but far enough to get out of the city noise. 45 min to walk to down town. Plenty of room we had 9 people sleep comfortably.

Me and my friends absolutely loved this place! The property manager was beyond kind! He was always available for questions and concerns and very accommodating when me and my friends got there early for check in! There was some left over trash on the roof deck when we arrived and a problem with a door knob but that didn’t take away from the amazing spring break we had here!

Our group of 10 (4 adults; 6 children) had a wonderful stay in this property. The location is extremely convenient to downtown attractions. The property was very clean and can comfortably accommodate a larger party. The kitchen was well appointed, and the rooftop deck was a blast. There is a playground too immediately behind the property, which we utilized with our young children. Lincoln (property manager) was wonderful and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend!

#### Best group VRBO ever!
We came here for a combined bachelorette and bachelor weekend. We had 6 people come, and it was plenty of room. The townhouse was very clean and provided plenty of amenities (washer/dryer, Keurig, cowgirl party hats, etc). It was about a 30 minute walk to Broadway so we Ubered (reasonably priced). We grilled on the rooftop every night. It’s a gorgeous view of the city. There are three flights of stairs so I would not recommend this place if stairs are an issue. It was the perfect group vrbo space, and I would definitely like to stay here again in the future!
