There was ample space for two people (and the double queen bunk beds made cramming in up to 6 people for a short time a reasonable prospect). Parking was really easy, either on the street or in the unassigned garage below. The location was a good one, just a \~7 minute drive or \~$8 Lyft from the downtown and broadway areas. We were all very comfortable (6 people) and the place was relaxing. We really loved that there was private parking under the building and the location was awesome. The ability to communicate with the host was complicated by VRBO technical difficulties and i had to search for a way to contact them about questions i had. Once we were in contact, they were very helpful and friendly. The listing says there is a rooftop patio, but we could not find a way to get onto the roof and the keypad in the parking garage was a little finicky. Communication and check in were a breeze. Condo looked just like the pictures, super cute! Beds are comfy, hot water on demand is so nice! Convenient for Uber pick ups, lots of restaurants close by. Parking garage was tight with a truck but that’s our fault, but don’t think you’ll ever find a spot on the road to park because it’s always full. Blinds on the kitchen corner that retract would be a nice addition in the future, but other then that it’s perfect! We had a little issue with the keypad in the parking garage not working, but it was the bldg not the fault of the owner, and he got right back to my messages asap.
