I’ll start with a positive. The beds are amazing. Super comfortable. But if you are looking for a clean house, don’t book this one. First night we got in bed, there was salsa stains and rice in sheets, so they had obviously not been changed. We called the management company the next morning. They were very responsive, sent cleaners in that same day. Well imagine our surprise when all they did was vacuum the floor (which needed it) but didn’t change the sheets!Long story short, this house has not been maintained in the slightest. They don’t deep clean anything. There are large cobwebs on the ceiling. The picture in the living room is falling off the wall. The toilets seat is broken in the master bedroom. There is mold in the shower. The cute patio with two chairs? Don’t plan on sitting there. There are three wasp nests right above the chairs. Allergies? They haven’t changed the air filter probably ever. My husband asked if I lost a nail, which I did. He handed it to me…wasn’t mine. On the positive side. They were easy to communicate with. The layout worked great for what we needed. And again, beds were super comfortable. Although I would say they should consider mattress covers. I sound super picky in this. But when you realize the sheets haven’t been changed between guests, you start looking a little harder at your surroundings.
