First VRBO experience

Property was very comfortable but is ready for a deep clean. Access was simple and ample room for all of us. Not enough towels and in one room they were not clean but this was quickly resolved after contacting the property manager. One issue with a leaky gutter which dripped onto window sill keeping room occupants awake - reported. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Nashville and would the location of visiting again.

Nashville visit and Pink Concert

Myself and my husband went for the Pink Concert and to visit Nashville for the first time. We brought 2 other couples. There were a total of 6 of us (all 50+ years old). It was perfect. Enough privacy and each of us had our own room and bathroom. Coffee in the morning on rooftop was the best ! Walking distance to the Gulch and either a quick walk to Broadway or a short Uber. Very clean and perfect location.

Nashville Girls' Trip - Great Location & Amenities

We had a great trip to Nashville over Labor Day weekend - the home was easy to find and within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. It was very spacious, and we had plenty of room for 5 guests. We enjoyed the rooftop, stocked kitchen, and beautiful home - made for a great trip and lots of wonderful memories.

Reunion Weekend for High School Friends

Great property for Getaway Weekend. Super clean. We had 6 women with plenty of comfortable beds and bathroom space. Great location with short drive to restaurants, bars and shops. Views from the rooftop deck are stunning!

Floors were very dusty, had visible hair and left over items from parties on them and should be cleaned better, showers were clean, beds were very comfortable and linen was clean and white, enjoyed the large selection of dishes, glassware, and having dish soap for washing the dishes by hand. Great experience overall.

Nice condo, felt safe with the security guard right outside. Easy to get Uber rides & inexpensive. Hit the highlights of Nashville but would have been interested in some restaurants right in our area too. Thought it would have been nice to have some information about that in the condo. Furniture was pretty dirty, so glad we didn't have to sit on it. Lots of steps, so be prepared for that. Rooftop was awesome! Nice place & would recommend it!!

Birthday weekend with friends

Very nice and modern property at the end of the Gulch/beginning of Edgehill neighbourhood. Walkable to the Gulch, but a bit of a hike to downtown. Easy Uber accessibility though. Well appointed, with all ammenities one would need! Lots of stairs, as it's a multi-level townhouse. Not a problem for us though, but maybe a bit of a concern for someone less mobile. Would go back!

Great location communication was not fantastic

The condo was fantastic. Walking distance to the Gulch area. Had a terrible time making final payment. Probably sent 4 emails and made 15 phone calls over a 3 day period. Your final payment is made through the management company not vrbo and getting someone to help me get that payment done was a nightmare.

Nice Nashville stay for a girls getaway

The property was great for a girls getaway. It was clean and centrally located. However, we got the feeling that property mgmt was totally absent. We never received a second payment invoice and had to track down the company to pay the bill, and on our last day we called the property mgr twice to ask if we could leave some luggage in the unit after our checkout time. We were only able to talk to the answering service and no one ever called us back which ended up screwing up our Sunday plans bcs we couldn’t carry big suitcases around the city and didn’t want to leave them at the unit without knowing this would be okay. Not a great way to end our otherwise good stay.

Townhome downtown Nashville

The townhome was nice and about 1 mile from downtown location as described. Very TIGHT squeeze to move SUV in and out of garage. A few issues that were disappointing. At night the townhomes backs up to an alley so it’s really dark, the buildings do not have any kind of sensor or photo sell lights unless you leave garage lights on before you leave during the day. When pulling in the evening very dark which comes off as unsafe and uncomfortable. The other big disappointment was the townhome was not cleaned well the kitchen floors were not cleaned the appliances also look smeared and cleaned poorly which gave a nasty feel. Some of the furniture was also dirty. The townhome overall is nice and very modern and closely located to all downtown activities…

Nice place but.....

Stayed at this condo for a long weekend. The facility was pretty nice (floors were a bit dirty and some trash on roof) for the most part and we thought it was a good value. When we arrived we had no towels, I emailed the property manager and told him we did not receive. He emailed back and said that he was having some issues with the linen company and assured we would get it before nights end. We went out on the town and came back about midnight and found a stack of towels on the stoop of the adjacent condo. We assumed they made a mistake and towels were ours and brought them into the house. The next morning we had unannounced females unlock our door and enter our house and took the towels we had brought in. I was very upset that this happened they never knocked and had to know that we were present from the shoe's and supplies in entryway. I emailed manager asking for a phone call and an explanation. He did not call me but did say that house keeping made a mistake and were the one's that came and took towels. He apologized and said he was going to contact property owner and see about a partial refund. That was three days ago and he's not contacted us. I don't think the manager understands how serious an intruder is at 7am these days.

This place was very nice overall. The beds were amazingly comfortable but the dining and living room furniture not so much. The bar stools were flimsy and felt unsafe to sit on and the couch cushions were lumpy and uncomfortable. We were gone most of the day and only spent a couple of hours each day in the house. Location was fantastic as we were super close to downtown. We would definitely return!

Annual Reunion with my buddies

Great location & beautiful home.

The home itself is beautiful and the location is prime. Kitchen was fully stocked with glasses, pots, pans, etc. For the price I could have seen a nice welcome amenity being a good addition or having mini toiletries available (shampoo, conditioner, body wash). However, it seemed the cleanliness could have used a do over and maybe this time the cleaners were just rushed? Baseboards were filthy (mainly in ground level bathroom), tape left all over walls in kitchen from previous parties, barstool in kitchen broken and light over island kitchen busted + multiple can lights out. Blood left on main bedroom pillow with new pillowcase overtop of it. Garage needs a good blow out & the top deck furniture and pillows were scattered all over. Again, wouldn’t deter us from coming back because the home itself is wonderful but for the price would hope these things would be checked better for the next guests. Thanks for a memorable weekend!
