Great location to The gulch and a quick uber or 15 min walk to Broadway. It had all the comforts of home and then some. Equipped with everything you need (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap sponges , laundry pods) The condo amenities were very nice as well with a clean pool and great gym. I would def stay here again in the future. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because the train that runs right there was not a few times a day but a few times an hour.. even in the middle of the night. After a few days I got used to it. No complaints about the condo or building itself. Additionally, the communication from the rental company was excellent and the onsite building staff were friendly and helpful as well. The place was new, clean and well equipped. The balcony was a really great place to have coffee in the mornings! The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. We would definitely stay there again. Just as a side note, there are train tracks in very close proximity and the trains are pretty frequent. That being said, there were white noise machines provided that completely drown out the noise while you’re sleeping. So, it wasn’t a problem for us. Highly recommend this property! ##### Jill C. It was decorated nicely. It offered more than most places i've been too. There were two bars across the street with food.( not the greatest food but it was something) It took about 15 min to walk down town to Broadway. The only Two downfalls were the train, which went through often and there were a lot of homeless with the shelter not far. They never bothered us. The pool was great. We had a party of 6\. The perfect place for a Birthday gathering.
