This historic condo complex is located in the heart of Midtown & has the one & only iconic guitar-shaped pool! You're walking distance to Nashville’s hottest bars with live music, amazing restaurants, cute coffee shops & only a short Uber to Broadway. \* HeiarLivin has 10 properties in the downtown area!
