Nestled in the original five block square of Historic Downtown Franklin, you will be able to walk to the Square, the Franklin Theater, and all the charm of Main Street in less than five minutes. It is faster to walk than to drive! Truly, one of the most convenient locations available. The Franklin Guest House is a converted garage that has been renovated into a delightful guest house. The bedroom provides a peaceful night's sleep with its king size bed. Adjoining the bedroom is a full bath with a shower and jetted soaking tub combination.

There is a fully-equipped and updated kitchen with granite counter tops and tile backsplash. The dining area and living room's cathedral ceiling and skylights give this room an aura of beauty and warmth, and the sleeper sofa will accommodate two more guests! For your use, you will also find a new Whirlpool front loading washing machine and a front loading dryer. There is an extra 1/2 bathroom off the living area. There is a desk area for working guests with a WiFi speed of 1200 MbPS. This guest house is a one of a kind! Pleasant Stay and Great Location

All around great visit - charming location and perfect for short stay in Franklin. We enjoyed location - easy walks with the dogs, a short walk to The Coffee House which we enjoyed each day. Would highly recommend as quiet location one block from Main Street.

Wonderful stay in Historic Franklin!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay in this adorable cottage in downtown historic Franklin! So many beautiful places to visit close by and wonderful shops and restaurants to choose from all within walking distance! We loved being close to the Brownland Horse Show too! Quiet, clean, cozy place with everything you need for a relaxing stay! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

This location is perfect as downtown is just one street over. We walked most places to eat if we didn’t use the fully furnished kitchen to make a meal. Will certainly visit again.

Great location! Nearly everything was within walking distance. Two teen girls loved being able to come and go as they pleased, and I appreciated not having to worry about their safety. The hostess was very communicative, and offered the place to us several hours early. I would definitely book this place again!

Charming Guest Cottage

This is our second time staying at the Franklin Guest House and we are planning a third time next year. Susan is a perfect hostess; both helpful and friendly. Wonderful guest house cottage - very comfortable, spacious, light filled area. Was the perfect place for a weekend in Franklin! Very walkable neighborhood right near downtown Franklin which is filled with nice shops and restaurants. Easy drive to Nashville and other areas as well.
