It's perfect for bachelors and bachelorettes, families & groups wanting to enjoy all the city has to offer. This bright 3 BR townhouse is located in up-and-coming Germantown, so you can enjoy well-known restaurants, bars & boutiques. The Space: You'll have plenty of room to spread out in this three-story home. Three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, all brand new with modern finishes. The upstairs bedroom doubles as a casual living room (complete with a wet bar) where you can watch the game, or have a movie night in. This is the perfect spot to explore all that downtown Nashville has to offer due to its proximity to just about everything! Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire three-story, 2100 sq foot townhouse, as well as the private fenced backyard. Three front porches and a back patio round out the guest space. The Neighborhood: Germantown is a diverse, vibrant neighborhood that is home to all of Nashville's best restaurants. If you're a foodie, this location is for you! A short 5 minute drive to The Optimist, O-ku, Rolf and Daughters, Henrietta Red, or City House (to name a few!), you will not leave disappointed--or hungry! The famous Nashville honkey tonks are less than 10 minutes away by car, or catch a game--the Titans, Predators, Sounds, and NSC all are within 10 minutes of Germantown. Getting Around: We recommend having a car, but the location is so near to downtown Nashville that ride shares would be very easy to get and an economical way to get around, depending on your plans! Unfortunately the unit is not in a particularly walkable area. Other Things to Note: To help ensure a smooth, secure, and enjoyable stay for all guests, please review the following important information before booking: Check-In & Identity Verification Policy All reservations require the primary guest (the booker) to complete a secure online check-in process prior to arrival. We will confirm the number of guests after reservation. If the guest count changes, pricing may be adjusted accordingly. For safety and compliance purposes, exterior security cameras are used to verify occupancy. Unreported additional guests may result in additional charges. Pet Policy This is a pet-friendly property. While our cleaning team is thorough, guests with severe pet allergies should be aware that dogs, cats, or other animals may have stayed in the space previously. Pet fees: $30 per night, per pet $150 per week, per pet $300 per month, per pet Pet fees are included in the accommodation rate as long as you choose the appropriate quantity of pets when completing a booking. We confirm this with all guests post booking confirmation. Local Reservation Policy Reservations under 7 nights from guests residing in the local area may be subject to cancellation at our discretion. We handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Policy Early arrivals and late departures are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance. Our larger family found it to be very comfortable, with everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. It was conveniently close to downtown Nashville, but not stuck right in the middle of the city. For the price, I would definitely recommend this property. It is directly adjacent to the interstate, so it was a bit noisy--especially noticeable late at night. We also had a couple of issues with the instantaneous water heater malfunctioning, although the property manager was VERY responsive and had the issue resolved right away.
