• We look forward to hosting all of our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, with special attention given to high-touch areas. We use commercial-grade antimicrobial agents and ensure that bed sheets and bath towels are professionally laundered between each guest stay.
• However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee that our properties are 'completely sterile' or 'COVID-free,' just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.
• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. #### On s'est fait voler dans la maison!
J'ai dû contacter directement Vrbo pour avoir le code de la porte la journée avant notre arrivée. Le gestionnaire n'envoyait pas l'information. La dernière journée de notre séjour, toutes les portes étaient barrées, garages et porte codée et malheureusement, on s'est fait voler un objet de valeur. Ce fut un épisode dramatique! Nous n'avons reçu aucune écoute, ni réceptivité de la gestionnaire de la propriété. Lorsque je lui ai nommé que je mettrais des commentaires à cet effet sur le site Vrbo, elle a dit qu'elle les effacerait. Malgré que nous étions confortables à ce logement, le fait que nous nous soyons fait voler m'oblige à dire que je ne conseille pas cet endroit pour loger.
