This is a great location close to everything. Easy walk to Broadway, Ryman Auditorium, Printer’s Alley and countless restaurants. Although the apartment worked well for our visit, the attention to detail was missing. Towels were wet and musty in the washer, body wash container was empty with no refill, comforter had stains on it. Overall, needs a good deep clean. We are used to renting from individual owners where communication is excellent. That was not our experience with this management company. ##### Robert P. Several of us got sick over the weekend and then today we were looking for a lost necklace and pulled a dresser away from a wall to find the wall covered in mold. I messaged the property managers to inform them and guess what? No response!
