Riverfront Condo has been newly renovated to give you THE perfect Nashville experience. Put your feet up, watch TV on the reclaimed wood wall in the living room. Whether you're here to kick your boots up and party on Broadway or relax listening to the sound of the river, this is the PERFECT place for you!

This Riverfront Condo will comfortably sleep Six - Eight people. The master has a large king bed, the guest room has a queen bed, and the living room has both a Queen Murphy bed and a pullout Sofa. EVERYTHING in this unit is new to provide you with the most comfortable stay in Music City.

While walking to Broadway is easy, the weather may not always cooperate, so an Uber drive is only $5-$7 . Visit Acme Feed and Seed's rooftop bar, walk down to the famous Tootsies, or watch the Nashville Predators or Tennessee Titans both within walking distance.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

The location was ideal, amazing, covered parking and easy for Ubers to pick up and drop off. The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed. Water pressure was low in the main bathroom. This is a great place and easy to access downtown Nashville during our stay.The best part was that there was plenty of parking

Good weekend stay

Our family of three adults stayed for a weekend wedding trip. It was perfect for a place to stay while attending festivities, as we just need a place to rest our heads. It was a quiet neighborhood and the beds were comfortable.

Great get away

A little far from Broadway and attractions to make too many walking trips, but we were able to find parking and use Uber. Sitting on the balcony and looking at the river was super relaxing and very private ( no neighbors/other balconies are visible). We enjoyed our stay!

Lake view stay

A bit longer walk to Broadway than expected but very comfortable accommodations. Parking was important for vehicle that was too high to fit in most of the city garages. No problems here!

This place was excellent! Great view with the small balcony overlooking the river, plenty of parking, comfortable beds, pool. Not too far from downtown, maybe a 15 to 20 minute walk.

The bed was the most comfortable of any rental or hotel I've ever stayed in. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. I plan on renting again when we go back to Nashville.

Great location, quiet but close to Broadway

Loved that we were super close to Broadway (walked home most nights) but in a quiet area on the river. Woke to beautiful views, had free parking, and had all the amenities we could ask for.

Cute little place with fans :-)

We stayed here for a BFF overnight on our way to the Smokies and it was very comfortable. We especially like the assortment of fans, as we all sleep with one. The king bed was very comfortable. And the view of the river was great.

We brought grandsons to Nashville for an ELO concert. Loved sitting on condo balcony. Got great exercise with downtown just a mile away we parked the car at condo and walked .eeverywhere.
