The Fiora invites you to be drawn into an enchanting space where every detail has been thoughtfully curated. Abundant natural light, designer touches, and greenery surround you with the feeling of a botanical garden, right in the middle of Nashville.  
  
Nestled in a serene Midtown neighborhood, our condo is a peaceful retreat near the iconic Parthenon and just an 8-minute drive from Broadway\`s lively energy. Enjoy a tranquil and beautifully designed space while exploring the best of Nashville.  
  
Amenities such as trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels are provided. For families traveling with small children, special provisions can be made available upon request (i.e., crib, high chair). Additional amenities will be at the cost of the guests.  
  
  
We provide two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, plus what\`s already on the holder. Please note that we do not offer restocking during your stay, so you may need to purchase additional supplies if needed.  
By booking, you agree to review and sign the rental agreement and pay the total rental price in full before arrival; access codes are released only after payment is received and the agreement is signed. The property is smoke-free, and we do not allow parties, events, or unregistered guests. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM and follow the occupancy limits for your booking. The principal renter on the reservation must be 21 or older and present for the entire stay, and pet policies vary by property, so kindly review your booking to confirm whether pets are allowed. Same-day bookings may have a later check-in time so our team can prepare the property, and for safety, some buildings use exterior and common-area cameras (never inside the property). Fees will apply for agreement violations, including property damage and excessive cleaning, as outlined in the full rental agreement.
