This home is within walking distance to several Nashville favorites: Edley's, Pancho & Leftys, Star Bagel, Park Cafe, Sylvan Supply (which includes: Punk Wok, Bearded Iris, Ginger Kitchen, coffee shops, shopping) and a golf course conveniently location across the street. Centrally located to go anywhere but also situated in a great spot if you want to hang locally. Getting Around: Our home comes with a double car garage. Lyft and Ubers are both readily available and very cheap options to get wherever you'd like to go! Other Things to Note: \*\* While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!! \*\*Please note: Guests who stay 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee.
