We rented two townhouses side by side for a leadership retreat. There were seven of us and there was ample seating to use the living room of one house for our meetings. The smart TV with Chromecast and Apple AirPlay worked perfect for sharing data/presentations. The homes are located in an area of Nashville that is being rehabilitated so there is a mixture of new construction and older homes. The neighborhood appears a little rough, but doesn't feel unsafe. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials to cook a meal. There were plenty of plates, glasses, and silverware as well. There is a Kroger right around the corner and the physical location is close to everything. We never had to drive more than 15 minutes to find great food like Lockeland Table or Pinewood Social. It's also just minutes from Broadway and Topgolf. We would definitely consider staying here again! ##### Chris M. We went to Nashville for a 40th birthday for my husband. We loved the homes! They were a quick Uber from downtown and offered plenty of space. Very nice accommodations, 15 minutes from everything. Beds, linens and towels were all top notch. We were able to enjoy the roof top 1 day. It was an easy and fast ride to get to Broadway. The surrounding neighborhood is not great but we had no issues. The units are not connected so you do have to go outside each time you want to go from one to the other. All in all, this place was a perfect resting spot for our large group! ##### Krista S. We were 12 adults and this property was perfect for us. Very clean and spacious and as advertised. Rooftop decks were so nice to enjoy in the morning with coffee and in the evenings with a cocktail. The amenities and supplies were a plenty. Lots of nice touches. Owner was responsive. I understand the previous comments about the surrounding area but we never felt unsafe and talked to a few ā€œlocalsā€ and everyone was really nice. There is some construction close by but never interfered with our stay - clearly an area that they are building out. Not surprising as a quick 10 min/$10 Uber ride to Broadway and/or surrounding area. We fell in love with Nashville. The property was spotless and everything in the house was marked and all the basic supplies were taken care of. Broadway is a $9 uber ride away. The owners of the house were very quick and attentive with their replies to my questions. They had a property manager that was available via text message if anything came up during the stay, and they replied quickly. The online guide that was made specifically for this property answered any question I had. The only real drawback would be the safety of the streets immediately around the property are not very safe, but it appears more properties are being built. Overall, it was a fantastic experience in a beautiful set of homes. I'd do it again next trip! ##### Robby I. We had a group of 12 adults spending 4 days in Nashville. These side-by-side condos were perfect. Centrally located, very spacious and clean. The rooftop decks were perfect for lounging between plans or at night when you just needed one more. Our only concern would be the neighborhood. The side of the street where the condos are are really nice and new. Across the street is an area that has not been updated. When you pull up to the condo, across the street is a dumpster overflowing with garbage and groups of guys outside smoking. At night itā€™s kinda loud with music and cars. We did not feel good unsafe, but I wouldnā€™t have walked across the street to Family Dollar by myself either. Communication from the owners is prompt and thorough. We had no issues. One word of advice, I would not stay here if you are older and/or have bad knees. There are lots of steps. When itā€™s said and done, we would stay here again. Go for itā€¦youā€™ll have a blast! ##### Deborah L.
