We had issues with the WiFi and the owner was so prompt in responding and incredibly accommodating. Very short Uber ride to the center of downtown Nashville. With it being located 10 minutes to downtown it was easy to get back and forth. The house is great - beautifully decorated, very clean, and fully stocked. The rooftop was a bonus. The house is in a sketchy neighborhood but the house is gated (although the gate was broken while we were there). Literally less than a 5 minute drive to Nashville/Broadway. ##### Judy W. It’s clean, cute, and everything you need!! The inside does need some little fixes all over, the sinks don’t drain well, and the door lock wouldn’t let us at one point so it may need new batteries. Each room was clean with nice comfy beds. There was a complimentary bottle of wine & clear instructions on how to get in & out of the house. Two had vechicles, which came in handy as the property is out of the downtown area. We did use Uber a couple times and that was easy as well. We totally enjoyed sitting out on the rooftop and relaxing while we were there. The property is nice and gated. The rooftop space was awesome! There were other 'groups' staying at similar places in our complex and across the street and were super nice (they even brought us a cake on our last day :)). We were cautioned not to walk around the neighborhood at night but there were no issues anyone experienced. We used Uber for most excursions as parking downtown is minimal (and expensive). We had fun downtown, took a tour of the city, saw a concert and races, and literally hung out together! We would definitely stay again. ##### Suzanne Z. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We loved the rooftop patio. The showers have dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kitchen was stocked with everything you might need. A nice addition would be fans for bedrooms that don’t have ceiling fans. Ubers were readily available and a short ride to music row. There’s a small grocery store on the same block. It has basic essentials for a trip like snacks. There’s a cute little coffee shop down the road too. Overall great stay if you’re looking to stay outside of downtown. ##### Jessica S.
