Condo on edge of Downtown, close to The Gulch, Broadway, Midtown, Music Row, hospitals, Vanderbilt U, Marathon Village, The Parthenon, and more! We have multiple units so can accommodate larger groups in adjacent units (Ask us). Experience Nashville and all its bars, honky tonks, and great restaurants. The entire condo is updated with new floors, fixtures, appliances, granite countertops, and stainless steel sink.

Convenient to Downtown, Midtown, The Gulch, Music Row, hospitals, Vanderbilt - Short Uber/Lyft ride to anywhere! Can walk if you're industrious.

Free private parking is available on-site. We have 4 nearly identical units in the same building. We have furnished and decorated them nearly identical, so the photos you see may actually pertain to another unit but are representative of each unit (this is a second-floor unit).

Good location. Clean and stocked with all the little things that get your stay started. Coffee, filters, creamer, salt and pepper. The tv was good and easy to use. Air conditioning in every room kept the temps perfect. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Came in to town for a special tribute to Dwayne Eddy at the Grand Ole Opry. Nice quiet place, off street parking, comfortable bed. Would have left a review in your book but there was no pen. Everything else was good worth the price.thank you

Unit is clean and modern. It is short Uber (like 2 miles to Broadway and The Gulch). Susan the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again when back in Nashville.

Great Location

Great property. We loved having access to a parking spot. Location was perfect for us not too far from downtown and easy to jump in car and explore further afield. Owners were easy to communicate with and we loved all their places to eat and see recommendations which we made good use of. Would definitely stay again if back in Nashville

We had a wonderful time in Nashville! Property was great with onsite parking and everything you would need there ready for you! An Uber ride away from anywhere you want to go and outside the hustle bustle enough to get a good nights rest.

Almost perfect

This was a great stay for our trip to Nashville. Great location, easy access, perfect size for 4 adults, and really comfy beds. Our only difficulty was there was no wifi service. Even after contacting the host about the problem, the four of us never were able to connect. (Luckily we were all able to get cellular service.) It just meant we didn’t spend as much time on our devices and spent more time playing games!

Cozy place

We were looking for an affordable place to stay while in Nashville. We were amazed of all the little attentions Susan and Ron put into this place! It was quiet and beds were super comfortable! We walked to the Museums and to Broadway street ( it’s a good 40min walk but Uber around 7$). I recommend this place 100%

Great Nashville Location

Susan and Ron were great hosts. Listing absolutely accurate; great location with quick uber access to downtown. Walking downtown is possible but for the price of an uber (usually <10$), we never tried. Complex was clean, area felt safe. Beds were comfortable. TV could use an update but we didnt use the TV all that much anyway. Full kitchen, all appliances work great. Would stay again and recommend!
