It's a setup that works well for families and groups who want downtown access without staying in the middle of the noise



Getting Around:

The attached garage gives the group a place to park right at the house, so there is no circling the block with a full car. Rideshares are a quick, short trip from the house for nights out on Broadway or downtown, keeping the group mobile without needing a car for every outing
