Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Reminder: NO smoking or vaping in the house of any kind. If this rule is violated, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200\. 

To avoid extra fees, please report to me if any items are broken, damaged or stained during your stay.
