I am the pac-man champ! I needed to check on elevators etc and the host was quick to respond. Easy entry. It is Nashville so roads and directions are a bit tricky everywhere. We had a horrible check in process, they did not give us the correct address, we spent 2 hours trying to find it and spent a lot of money with ride share apps trying to get there. They didn’t give us the door code for the main door till we got there, once we got in the trash can was full and smelly, and there was dried urine all over the toilet seat.
