Weekend Getaway

We stayed here for a weekend getaway, the property was clean, very secure and around the corner from Broadway. Parking garage was easy to access with a short walk. Great view of the river!!

Great location

We stayed here for the Zach Bryan concert at Nissan stadium. The location is perfect as we were able to just cross the river and be there. If you plan on going out at night this is a perfect spot. The host was super friendly and helped out very much with any questions I had during the booking process. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location

The manager was professional, informative, and accommodating! She responded very quickly to any messages. The condo is very clean and perfectly located for a downtown Nashville stay! Bed was comfortable! I would definitely stay again.

Perfect location for 3 days in Nashville

What a great location! It was so close to everything we wanted to do which made it convenient to stop back to rest or change clothes when we felt like it. And despite being so close to Broadway and Doc Holliday’s right next door, it was extremely quiet. The loft itself had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Parking was also close. Finally, after a long day of music and drinking, what better than ice cream right across the street!

Perfect Location, Amazing Property Manager

I stayed here during for a work event after opening a new restaurant on Broadway and it could not have been more perfect. It was so convenient for small meetings with colleagues. It was some how so close to everything yet perfectly quiet to get things done. Shannon, the property manager so so helpful and easy to communicate with. I couldn’t be happier and was so grateful for this property. I was pleasantly surprised how large the living space was and the table was a perfect dining or work space. I would recommend for personal and professional stay for sure.

This property is exactly as described. You will be staying right in the heart of the excitement of Broadway. Super convenient to take a quick break from the action or make an outfit change. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location is right in the middle of the action to be able to walk to all of the hot spots on Lower Broadway. The room was quiet and with no windows, the room stayed dark to sleep in. The host could put brighter lighting for the bathroom mirror.

It was a great place to stay. The location was perfect. We really enjoyed our time. The only reason I am not giving a 5 is because the air conditioner broke on us. We reported it the morning it happened and it wasn't fixed till the next afternoon. The communication during that time was not great. I had to keep asking what was going on with it. The place has no windows to the outside. It is horrible in there without air conditioning. They have offered to give me 30 back (hasn't happened yet) but it cost around 200 a night so that isn't much. They did bring us a fan during that time. If they could update the air conditioners it would be a 5 star plus place.

Came in town to see PJ. Never been to Nashville. Location was perfect and Doc Holidays next door was a bonus. We felt safe and secure our entire trip. Such a short walk to every place we went. Will definitely stay here again.
